Brightwork Solutions Benefit Tracker is built to be run in Microsoft Access 2003 or 2007. If you are already using Access, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer, or DB2, or any other common relational database to track benefit data, the conversion will be easy. Brightwork Solutions offers customized import and conversion services as an additional option.

Custom Solution
When you purchase Benefit Tracker, you get a product that can be customized to your needs. We meet with you to determine how the application can best model your tracking, billing, and reporting processes. Since it was designed specifically for municipal government benefit administration, the needed customization will probably be minimal.

Pricing and Availability
Benefit Tracker is currently in use in several municipalities and available immediately. Pricing includes a license fee which covers installation support, documentation, and 30 days of phone and email support. Additional support and upgrade options are available, including custom data mining and importation from your legacy systems or payroll/HRIS sources.
